Easy S’mores Brownies Recipe

Easy S’mores Brownies Recipe
One of the highlights of a camping trip is roasting marshmallows over a campfire then inserting the hot marshmallow into a pair of graham crackers with a piece of chocolate. Yum! The problem is that many of us don’t go camping, and crave S’mores at other times. These decadent S’mores Brownies will satisfy any craving for S’mores. With Mom’s Brownie Mix on the shelf, these brownies can be put together in just a few minutes of hands-on time.
Because of the sticky marshmallows and gooey chocolate, it’s easiest to cut these into bars with a sharp, wet knife. Make sure your brownies are cool before cutting.

32 Brownies

3 cups Mom's Brownie Mix
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini

4 cups mini marshmallows

  2. Mix the brownie mix, eggs, zucchini, and vanilla; spread in the prepared pan.
  3. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from the oven.
